Returns + Shipping

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items. Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. Though each product is inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged item. For these reasons, if you think that you’ve received a defective item, email us within 3 business days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to exchange the item. The item will need to be mailed back to us within 3 days of the notification.

In addition, due to human error, order mistakes are possible. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible! If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit for the item.

Returned items must remain NEW, un-framed, un-washed, un-used and un-worn.

Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.

 

SHIPPING

All purchases are shipped via USPS. You will receive shipping notification (within 3 business days) through your email address on file once the item has shipped. Please check the tracking info, and if you see a problem after the 3 business days, please let us know so we can advise how to contact the PO. We are not responsible for packages once they leave our possession. 

We are pleased to offer our LOCAL Customers the option of "Local Pick-Up" instead of paying for shipping. If you do not live in the Auburn, Alabama area please do not select this option, as you will be sent a separate invoice and asked to pay for shipping before your item can be sent out.
