Original drawing of a statuesque pointer amongst the field grasses honoring the point of another pointer in the midst of a southeastern quail hunt. There's nothing quite like watching the instincts and training of a bird dog in the field. The muscle structure and focus is like witnessing something full of life freeze into a sculpture of marble in an instant, only to be injected with adrenaline and action as the covey flushes.
